Questions about making gamer friends
How do I make gamer friends if I don’t know anyone?
Find people who play your game and speak your language, play one match and, if you click, play again. Friendship grows from there.
Can I meet people even if I’m not playing tonight?
Yes: in Discover you swipe through people with similar tastes and say hi whenever you like, playing or not.
Is GAMERLY a dating app?
No. It’s for playing and making friends: no photos, no matches, and only for ages 16 and up.
What if I don’t get on with someone?
Block them and they disappear quietly, with no notice. You can also report them from their profile or the chat.
Do I have to give my real name?
No. People see your nick and avatar, and your in-game name is only seen by those in your session when it closes.
