Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services

Report illegal content

If you’ve seen something on GAMERLY that you believe is illegal, you can tell us here, with an account or without one. A person reads it.

If someone is in immediate danger, don’t wait for us to see it: call your country’s emergency number (in the European Union, 112).

This form prepares an email to contacto@gamerly.es with everything we need. You send it yourself, from your own email, so you can attach any screenshots you have.

We’ll send you an acknowledgement and, once we’ve decided, we’ll tell you what we’ve done and what you can do if you disagree. Anything involving minors, someone’s life or safety, or sexual content shared without consent is looked at before everything else.

We don’t reveal your identity to the person reported unless it’s strictly necessary. We keep what you send us for one year from the decision; more in the privacy policy.

También puedes hacerlo en español.
